Are there any unschooling events or groups in the Canaan area? I’m seriously considering pulling my five-year-old out of public school and would like to connect with a local group, if possible. Canaan is in the northeast corner of Vermont, touching the New Hampshire and Canadian borders.

Burke Ski Swap
Selling winter sports equipment and apparel, including brand new merchandise from a local sports shop. This event will be held at Burke Town School Gym in Burke Hollow on Sunday , November 3 from 8-2 pm. If you have any winter sports equipment to sell on consignment (80/20) drop off will be on Saturday, November 2 from 5-7 pm. This is a fundraiser for the Burke Town School PTO.
