Kham’s Thai.  1112 Memorial Drive, St. Johnsbury. 751-8424.  Editor’s Note:  When I travel, I love seeking out Thai restaurants in new cities.  I must say that Kham’s Thai’s yellow curry w/ steamed tofu & veggies is probably the best yellow curry dish I’ve ever had!  Even my kids love it–which for picky eaters, says something amazing!

Dusit Thai Restaurant. 158 Main Street, Newport.  334-8833.

Chang Thai Cafe.  77 Main Street, Littleton, NH.  Although across the NH border, this cafe lies within minutes to St. Johnsbury.
